Thanks for your emails this week xxxxxxxx, and we hope you are getting stronger and better everyday.

With regard to your earlier email on Schaft Creek and whether we are knocking on doors, we do need to wait for the results of the 2023 program before moving forward as that information is important to the economics and the confidence of the project.  Once all is received, reviewed, and disseminated the board will be able to assess the next steps forward, no guarantees on whether it would be monitization.

We have included the Tahltan Nation in all work programs that Copper Fox has operated at Schaft Creek, we are grateful to have built a very positive relationship with them.  It is encouraging to hear that they are confident about Schaft Creek as First Nations are gaining more power with regards to projects in their traditional territories, therefore it wouldn’t have been good news to hear negative feedback on the project.  Here is a link with regard to Galore Creek’s project status, it was a busy year and the Tahltan would have an opportunity to fill a variety of jobs.  https://www.gcmc.ca/galore-creek-project/#status

Galore Creek is working to advance one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper-gold-silver deposits in the Golden Triangle in BC.

Copper Fox was formed because of their belief that the Schaft Creek project could one day be a producing copper mine.  The work we completed on the project along with the subsequent work that Teck has completed continues to move the project forward, no fatal flaws have been encountered, therefore work continues toward the expectation that the project could go ahead some day, the crystal ball question is when?  Each year/work program we hope will get us closer to being able to answer that question.

Best regards, Lynn
