For those that are way smarter then me at this stuff, is there much more they can do at this point on this property without spending more money that we don't have.  Would it not just make more sense to slap a for sale sign on this one now and get going on some other properties?   Maybe take a small cut on the payday but be cashed up to prove out MM and EH.  

thoughts??  Always appreciated
