Thanks MK, I trust ur information and hope ur correct if a SC sale comes.

Question, if you will...for u or anyone on the board...

If a sale were to happen, again say 500 mill for arguments sake. A dividend gets paid to shareholders for X amount, but the company remains and continues as is. Would our SP rise on that? Usually when there is a buyout of a company, the SP rises to basically the valuation of the deal. What would happen to our SP if say we got a dividend payout? Would there be some sort of shares adjustment? Could perhaps people get a large dividend and then also exit their whole position if it was at say 1 dollar SP? Thoughts?
