Thanks for posting the article. 

Teck going slow on building new mines has been their mantra for the last decade. 
It doesn't sound like CF should stay any longer. Assess SC with the new data and ROFO if necessary. I know that would mean time and expense we don't have but it would be better than staying for several more years and delaying monetizing of the other projects.
