Message: Alls quiet...

Just wondering if the receipt of results from Teck would warrant a NR. I'm thinking not.

Its possible results are in hand and being reviewed by CUU and we wouldn't necessarily know. Upon their review, the CUU Board could decide to issue ROFO to Teck, which I would think would warrant a NR but until then I would think things would be quiet.

If my suspicions are correct, and there is a handshake in place on "fair value" being defined by these next package of results then ROFO wouldn't even happen and negotiations would occur following CUU review. I think Hector's move of 1M additional shares to the holding company could have been done deliberately, ahead of the receipt of the results from Teck.

Thoughts?
