Thing is elmer made a promise he didnt have the ability to keep, (he also doesnt keep ones inwhich he does have the ability to keep but this one isnt on him) 

do have to say this is at this point slighly worrysome were getting close to february and still radio silence, only update weve gotten is theres no update. Maybe teck has other plans for their new cash that they cant afford to have cuu trigger a rofo just yet and therefore witholding the results. just hate being so in the dark still after all this time, feel bad for some on this forum who have been around for decades, ive only been here since 2019
