It is true that this is now the script, but if CF's intention is to drag this out indefinitely without further action or accountability, this is deliberately misleading shareholders. In mid-2023, just before the announcement of a new PP, Elmer indicated that an asset sale would take place in late 2023 or early 2024. We have to assume that the sale has suffered some delay, otherwise this would also be a case of deliberately misleading shareholders. I'll give Elmer the benefit of the doubt and assume that the sale has been delayed but will still take place within the foreseeable future.
