You know they didn't have a choice on the the JV right? Once CF delivered a bankable feasbalitity study, it was Teck who had the option to back in for up to 75%. The terms could have been negotiated differntly but the fact remains that it was always Teck's project. Why wouldn't Teck want majortity control? CF did well to get the project fully funded to production.
