Somehow I doubt Teck will spend $20 million on what they have said is one of the last projects to develop in their pipeline. I wouldn't be surprised if they geared down the spending. Besides without knowing what's in the studies, it's hard to predict the next steps. 

What we really need to hear is a production decision based on the studies with a concurrent release of a milestone payment. That gives us the money we need to move the other projects forward to a point where they can be sold especially VD. 
Boosts the sp, gets more money from the warrants and maybe even a minuscule dividend. 

Wishful thinking. Meds must not be working. Time to see the doctor.
