This could imply that Teck might actually complete the PFS before year end (same timing as Galore) vs. starting to actually work on it?

This is only speculative theory #3048 in the history of the Schaft Creek Joint Venture. The problem is that we're always left guessing, and so far none of our optimistic predictions have ever come to fruition.
