I find it difficult to believe Elmer on these delays.

I think Teck has the data and there are negotiations happening behind the scenes.

Why is Teck waiting for "independent engineers" to generate analyses/data? They must have this capability in-house. I call BS...unless the "independent engineers" are Tetra Tech....?

I see their focus is really on VD at PDAC. Elmer's slip in the earlier interview that the value of CUU was equivalent to the value of VD alone may have been a senior moment but suggests where his mind is....VD...as SC is nearly done.

All purely my speculation....influenced by hope....and probably wrong.
