you have to read the "fine print" in ES's statements. Last summer/fall ES actually said "I wouldn't be surprised if  Schaft Creek was sold by...". 

Who cares!  When in the last 14 years has his expectations ever come to pass? Even close?  Not once.  Not a single friggin' time!  You would do better to not listen at all to what he says.  You can't even trust what he puts out in press releases. 

Note that this current non-PR forward-looking statement only describes a "hoped for" transition from scoping to PFS stage. Its clearly stated that the said transition is something he is hoping occurs within a year. If you are going to listen to Elmer you need to be extra careful picking up the fast-talking "caveates", daydreams and wishwash in his statements.

Back to trying to stay solvent longer than Teck can remain irrational.
