Is that factoring any assumptions around the pending meta studies, increase metal averages, etc. 

If what everyone is saying about metal prices going up in 2025, long term averages must have to go up and get factored into a buyout.

If we hit $2.70 and that was really around Shaft Creek. We didn't have the same portfolio then as we did today. Curious at how your prediction $1.35?
