This is a possibility MoneyK. Another option is that Teck makes a bid for the 25%SC and CF does not carry out a PEA update, but an extensive check on the dates and numbers used. A negotiation will then follow. From the always vague communication with Elmer, I think I understand that an update of the PEA is neither necessary nor immediately desirable for CF. Yes, if the ROFO is going to be used, but I suspect that will not be the case.
