Ten years of "scoping" and "optimization" studies ? ??  It's all value obfuscation.  Lies over lies over lies for ten years plus.

Ten years of optimizations by a ""partner of choice"" on a sandbagged 2012 Feasibility Study should all tolled represent massively material changes to the value of the project and hence the value of Copper Fox Metals Inc.. 

Teck is clearly withholding material information from its JV partner Copper Fox Metals and its shareholders.  Copper Fox Metals needs to grow a pair and start badgering Teck about this highly unethical, if not illegal, behavior.  Teck is clearly not acting in good faith as a JV partner, much less acting in the "spirit" of the Salazar Back-in Agreement.   

After dealing with a JV partner that has been hostile to us for ten years, I think its high time we use less carrot and more stick.
