Youngmoney, Teck is ultimately obliged to publish the data obtained, but the JV has not made any concrete agreements about the period within which this must happen. The discussion may concern the definition “within a foreseeable period”. In addition, if Teck makes an offer for CF 25%SC and CF accepts this offer, Teck is not obliged to make these data known to the public via a news release. They can indicate to CF that the data is only accessible to CF's due diligence team to check the data for completeness and accuracy. JMO
