I will be "pleased" when we reach .25 and hold there long enough to trigger the warrants so no pp for the rest of the year; assuming ES doesn't go crazy and plan any new money intensive activities. 

There will be a pull back of some sorts but I hope it doesn't happen until those needed warrants are in the bank.
