Warrants need to be higher than $0.25 to be accelerated.  I think it's $0.30 first 12 months and $0.35 afterwards.

That is correct; however, I would hope EE and other warrant holders would exchange their warrants for shares once SP is above 25 cents. There is no point in holding on to them and pay 30 cents instead of 25 cents after September 8, 2024 (I might be off a few days on the date, the one year anyversary of the last PP). Then no need for copper fox to accelerate the warrants :)
