The way that this company has been so poorly managed, I'd be Crazy Like a Fox to stick with it after Schaft Creek is 100% offloaded. 

I'm going to take my money and run, not be stuck in neutral for another lengthy period. Even if your argument is that Teck deserves the blame for holding things up with Schaft Creek, CUU's other projects have been moving in slow motion. 

No matter how attractive the other properties may be, the crew at the helm here make it highly unappealing to invest in their endeavors.
