That would be a big benefit from getting Teck shares if you don't mind having that much money still riding the copper train until you stagger the annual sales.  

I don't expect anything but cash as a payout.  I don't recall Teck ever paying for stuff using their stock. 

Teck has enough access to cash that they could write us a cheque right now.  They don't even have to wait for the approx $9 Billion (coal business sale) that will be deposited to their checking account in a couple of months.
