Good summary of the enigma that is the Teck/Copper Fox relationship. Is it a cosy relationship, designed to fairly benefit both partners in the long run, as ES would like us to believe? Or is there a long-running tug-of-war between Teck who knows the value of what’s in the ground and wants it as cheaply as possible, and Copper Fox who obviously wants at least fair value? If CUU states it doesn’t have all the data how can it accurately assess the value? Is ES privately frustrated by Teck’s seeming intransigence? Or has he agreed to just be patient? And “hopeful”?
