Good find! Very suspect! This is likely related to Copper Fox and it's PFS journey :)

Teck sending us a strong message! If you stay for the SC pfs economics, you will wait possibly 3 years minimum for that study! It's a forceful strategy by Teck that is highly not in the best interest of the JV imo

Teck will continue to delay until the last possible moment, and play their games.
