Elmer insisted a few times in that latest video that he wants no part of being involved in mining, just exploration and discovery.

And, like you say, he's compiling this substantial list of properties with tremendous profiles, yet not a single one of them has found a buyer over many years. 

What's the disconnect here? Why can't CUU negotiate the sale of at least one project? I wish the interviewer had asked that question, but of course that guy is paid to help promote. He's not a hard-nosed journalist. 

But shareholders deserve answers just the same.
