You are totally right youngmoney.  There has never been a better environment, nor a better mining district for that matter, with which to obtain a premium to NPV, not a discount!   Especially since we know Teck has not put their best foot forward uncovering value.  They haven;t even applied their newest technologies to the study,

And with such a safe, polymetalic, high-optionality, low-cost mining district, imo, we should be shooting for a premium over a 5% NPV.
