With today's "sudden" upward high volume with no news, could this prompt the TSE to halt trading for a CF explanation?  

It should have been halted many times over the past several months for being so ridiculously undervalued and performing so horribly! Some regulator could easily have asked, "What the hell is wrong with this stock? It's lifeless despite having such substantial copper and gold reserves."
