He was asked by CIRO to issue a NR.  He had no choice but to confirm or deny something material had occured.

Nothing is material until the ink on an agreement dries.  But yeah, it would have been nice for him to note that the SP is not too high or something like that but I don't know if that would even be appropriate.

Hey, imo, no one scoops up millions of shares in a matter of hours based on a whim.  The buying is possitively frantic.   Something has changed obviously and we just haven't heard the official word yet.
