If it's not Teck then you maybe right about a yet to be announced buy out bid. 

Maybe it's not material but I would have thought a buy out would create a real spike close to $1. If my completely unscientific reasoning holds then maybe it's not for the whole company but the Arizona properties. BHP or FM might be the presumed buyer. While we own VD it's not as far along as SC so would be severally discounted I.e. by 60% . Selling all of Arizona for $350-400 million u.s. gets us less than $1 but more in line with the run up in sp. All speculation and probably nowhere near the truth.
