A buyer may want to create the illuision that shareholders are selling at a given levels, to encourage you to join in the selling.  They create the illusion of massive trading volumes as though some CUU shareholders are selling.  They do this by programmed trading, using shares that they have accumulated, rapid-fire trading them back and forth between accounts set-up at different firms.

If they have deep pockets they can, in a thinly traded market like ours, basically clear the deck between certain price levels , easily engineering tree-shakings and walk-downs and the like to entice more shareholders to sell.

This can go on for a long time.  That is until a serious competing player steps in and ruins the fun the the first (sole) player.

I suspect that the price took a pause at this level because it was the only level that caused some shares to be sold (Hector).   Once they see over a few days (depending on how much of a hurry they are in) that no one else is selling in here they will bring the price up to the next level.
