as many have said in here this is most likely an insitution who i believe is ramping up to make a bid to buy out the company. In one of elmers videos recently he said that teck has rofo on SC, but that gets waived in a complete buyout...

Now lets just say I was negotiating with CF on a buyout and I like it at $3per share for the company... that means I LOVE it at 0.20-anything under the buyout price. which would explain the ruthless amount of purchasing taking place
