I think out of the 558.7 million shares.

 

334 million shares held by insiders.

 

That leaves 224.5 milliion shares.  I think Jimmyjay, sibui, mk, accountant007, ym, and i (sorry if i miss other people) probably hold over 20 million shares.

 

Doesn't leave a whole lot on the float for anyone to build a 10% positoin.
