CF puts out a statement that there is no material reason for the SP climb... is the speculation for CF share of SC, or all CF assets? If a buyer is looking to acquire up to 10% for SC only then I suppose that would make sense that nothing has changed for CF. They wouldn't know would they? But if is was for all of CF how could you put a statement out that aren't aware of anything?
