Typically p&d's involve the release of misleading or false info/news intended to attract unknowing naive investors. Then the manipulators sell against the buyers that bid up the price. In the case of CF because there have been no news releases ( as usual ) I really don't think this can be considered a p&d. Also nobody buys millions of shares just to sell 1 million. But the SP did drop on much lighter volume than it went up on....We'd have to talk to the MM about that...
