I've challenged Elmer on this many times. A CEO who pays $3.00 for a company trading at .20 would be crucified. To get our value we need our sp increased. There are zero examples of buyouts with these kind of multiples. 

And yet again refuses to buy on the open market and here's a board member selling so proving there are no talks ongoing or in blackout which Elmer has lied about for years.
