I don't think any buyout less than $4 for the whole company would be worth it considering how much we initially invested and the lost opportunity costs over the last 20 years. However does anyone here realistically think someone would offer us $2.2 billion for all our assets given their stages of development? In my opinion best case is between $1.5-8 for SC and use some of the funds to accelerate the other properties and sell them in  few years when the demand is much higher. That might be worth it.
