I don't think it's a major. Not worth th headaches that comes with regulators if you're trying to save x percentage. 

buying patterns says it's computer but I feel the way it chased the price to 60 feels like a leak somehow. 

only when you expect something happening soon or x amount of time and you want to build your position fast.
