MK can you explain what this opinion is based on? Did you come to this conclusion based on conversations with Elmer or is this just an expectation because everything takes so long?

I still think Teck is waiting for final approval of the sale of Coal Division to Glencore and thus the spin-off of the Copper Division. JMHO
