Call me crazy but they must be trying to sell entire company! Few reasons-

1) Elmer said in video...teck has an call option on SC only not copper fox. So he said another company can come in to buy us and Teck would lose the rofo and need to get into a bid war if they wanted. This option likely gets us the best value if others show interest!

2) The spin offs would have happened by now? These promising assets could be getting outside funding and developed faster if they did the spin off by now...so since it hasn't happened....likely entire buyout they want.

If that's the case, $3 or more? We ran to 2.70 on SC alone and it was less advanced vs today (more drilling, more studies,etc), and no Teck JV/financing (rare!)

Teck attached to the SC project increases certainty for others that this will be a real producing mine.
