Our SP is being walked down in an orderly fashion, probably done by the same entity that bought heavily a few weeks back. This is in anticipation of another PP, of which they plan to grab a large chunk after EE takes the lion's share, imo.

But there is a possibility a PP will not happen this year, and here is why:

- no money needed for SC; TECK takes care of that

- for EH, next step would be a drilling program and since no such program has been announced yet, it might be too late to have one done this year before weather turns bad

- at SB, as per latest NR, they are still waiting for some lab results and then a deep penetrating geophysical survey is planned; so probably no money needed until late fall

- at MM we still need to complete an environmental review in order to apply for the drilling permits. Probably a few months away to get the permits, so no money needed right now.

- at VD we are collecting hydrogeological data and then some lab work for PLS; so no money needed for the next 3-4 months.

- come early September, just over two months from now, the warrants will become 20% more expensive; I see no reason to hold on to those warrants and pay more for them after early September. If warrants are exercised, then about $1.1 million will come our way and that will be enough for another 6-9 months and thus avoiding the need for a PP this year.

- also, once we get the results from TECK in Q3 and begin to update RE/PEA then the only reason to have those updates done is to get the fair value valuation for SC and put it in play. Once SC is in play, management will probably suspend all operations at the other projects and focus on completing the SC sale, keeping expenses to a minimum.

Or management could announce a PP tomorrow :)
