I don't really think Red's landing at Newmont (Tecks' partner at Galore) after just leaving Teck is pure coincidence.  

There appears to be growing concensus here that Galore Creek's advancement is somehow connected to a decision on Schaft Creek.  What is it now, over five years since Teck promised Newmont a (3-year) PFS on Galore?  Building and operating a processing plant onsite at Galore is a logistical nightmare so taking advantage of SC's more accomodating geography might be the answer.  Curiosly Teck also bought all the land between the two projects, making them now connected on multiple levels, imo.
