The new entity that grabbed a good chunk of the PP and invested a few millions recently doesn't strike me as the buy and hold type; I doubt they are ready to wait on TECK a few years. Imo, they see a return on their investment in under a year and of multiples of their average sp buy in order to justify the size and speed of the investment made.
