I liked the line that Teck had taught them a lot about bringing a mine online and they were applying that to their other assets aside from VD. Stall, delay, obfuscate, are all things we have seen from Teck with SC. It's no wonder the greenfield assets sit there for years without any meaningful efforts to get them sold.
