Very good points!  Its truly hard to tell exactly what the overall game plan is, esp when we are told literally nothing...from Teck or our own leadership team.

I do feel that eventually they will make this one huge district, but I feel it will move at a glacial pace so I hope they buy out SC sooner vs later.  I think that SC might not be developed for another 5 to 7 years at least...I sure af dont wanna be around to find out...
