A few questions come to mind. Would Teck want to buy out CF now or is the operation still so far from development that our 25% is insignificant.

Would Newmont becoming a 50/50 owner in SC enhance or detract from a takeover bid.

 

How much impact would releasing all the hidden info have on a takeover bid.

 

Im sure other questions will arise. Right now it looks like everyone is focused on the big mergers and not interested in taking over a juniors assets. It's like going fishing and everyone around you is hauling in big ones but you can't even get a nibble.
