In regards to 2046, my thought is how much longer can Teck drag us along with their fiduciary obligation to do what's in the best interest of the JV.  How much  more can they do to advance the project?  And Elmer MUST use the ROFO if there is no development plan by Teck after the Meta studies are released.  There is no reason to delay any longer with the monetization of Schaft Creek
