Michael Smith- retiring from board

While he left as management in 2013...he was always an active board member.

After reading the recent shareholder letter from Elmer, it seems Mr. Smith is now retiring from the board of directors this year! He will not stand for re-election at the agm!

Sad. Hope this doesn't mean a longer wait! Why retire from a board position where you get all the juicy info about the company? It's my understanding Michael Smith has a good amount of shares too. I don't like this little news. Why leave the board if a buyout was imminent?
