I think the fairest mark to look is when they announced the jv. we needed ee placement to achieve the ownership and jv with teck. So it'll be the summer of 2013. 

At that time. They have outstanding of 402 million shares and fully diluted of 429 million. 

it's more of  25%-33% dilution than what others are assuming
