Could Teck be preparing a NI-4101 compliant PFS "report" with the data? If so then CUU can be waiting for this, even justifiably.If Teck offered this then that could be happening.CUU could have MM or TT review...

 

Perhaps such a report Newmont would also want to assess value to base negotiations upon...
