Elmer said in his opinion, Teck wants to buy us. Another interesting statement.

He objected to the 3-5 year wait. 
He stated buyout price based on new npv, potential, resources, JV deal. Also saying 100% of nav is possible. Big money.

The presentation had implied value for SC, need to review it again....but looked over 4 billion! Our share 25% is 1 billion!
