I underestimated Gold's NPV increase.  I used 9 times $80M where it should have been 11 times $80 M US.

So add another $216,800,000 to CAD NPV.

NPV now at $5,283,800,000 CAD.  Our 25% worth $1,320,950,000 or $2.37 / CUU share.

My apologies for the underestimation.  Given the water-drip torture treatment we've received from Teck, every cent should be viciously fought for!
