Elmer has not mentioned any potential synergies but a joint processing plant??? All the stories we can make up on little or no information 

Synergies i.e. a joint processing plant is exactly what the Schaft Creek 2012 FS and the 2021 SC PEA suggests be explored.

I suggested this potential synergy a decade ago (because of Galore's obvious challenges to host a plant on site), but its legitimacy as a potential synergy became a lot more real after repeated recommendations from Ph.Ds in mining engeneering.

Elmer must have read those recommendations.  He may believe it is not in his best interest to advertise or even admit knowledge of such potential synergies.
